Thoughtly Dashboard

The Thoughtly dashboard presented the user with general information; however, it didn't show the information users truly needed in a way that was intuitive. I improved the Thoughtly dashboard to streamline user interaction and improve data visualization. Key improvements include:

  • Simplified Navigation: Organized menu items into clear categories like "Create," "Connect," "Deploy," and "Results," allowing users to quickly find and manage essential tasks.

  • Intuitive Overview Panel: The dashboard now provides a high-level overview with easily digestible metrics, such as total calls, call time, and agent usage, enabling users to monitor performance at a glance.

  • Enhanced Data Visualization: A world map visualization was added to display customer reach, and color-coded usage metrics help users quickly identify agent performance across various tasks.

  • Actionable Insights: Added direct links to reports and detailed breakdowns of recent calls and bookings, giving users actionable insights without overwhelming them with data.

These enhancements aim to make the dashboard more intuitive and user-friendly, helping users quickly understand and act on their data with minimal effort.

Thoughtly Editor

The Thoughtly editor is a powerful, node-based workflow tool, but with some room for refinement. To elevate the user experience, I implemented the following key improvements:

  • Presentable Action Bar: Previously, essential actions were hidden behind a "Create" button, requiring extra clicks and obscuring crucial functions. I designed a new action bar that prominently displays key actions, making the interface more accessible and user-friendly.

  • Collaboration Enhancements: While collaboration was possible, users had no visibility into who they were working with. I introduced a feature that allows users to see who is actively collaborating and who has access to the agent, fostering a more transparent and collaborative environment.

  • Intuitive Node Improvements: Several expected workflow functionalities were missing, limiting the editor's usability. I added critical features such as multi-selecting nodes, choosing a specific location when adding new nodes, deleting node connectors, and a recommendations widget that provides users with suggestions to optimize their workflows.

These enhancements collectively make the Thoughtly editor more intuitive, collaborative, and efficient for users.
