I remodeled the internal UX for CTRL FREQ, focusing on enhancing visual hierarchy and balance through subtle color usage, optimized spacing, and a streamlined, intuitive layout to improve user navigation and overall experience.
Dashboard - UI / UX Enhancements
This redesign focuses on creating an organized and visually balanced interface, making it easier for users to manage their schedules, track analytics, and monitor overall performance. This was a full, internal project rebuild. The entire UI / UX was improved to reduce user confusion and create a consistent brand standard.
Balanced Use of Color:
Soft, neutral tones are complemented by strategic use of color to highlight key metrics and actions, guiding users' attention without overwhelming them. This subtle yet intentional approach helps maintain a calm and professional aesthetic throughout the platform.
Clear Visual Hierarchy:
A strong visual hierarchy was established by prioritizing critical information at the top of each screen. Metrics like total revenue, bookings, and time saved are prominently displayed, allowing users to quickly assess their performance at a glance. Supporting information is organized logically beneath these headline figures.
Efficient Organization of Content:
The left-hand navigation panel organizes key sections (e.g., Dashboard, Analytics, Schedules) for easy access, while the content on each page is systematically arranged to enhance user flow. For example, the Analytics page breaks down data into easily digestible sections with clear visual aids like charts and graphs.
